ID CARDS - No Card No Play!

Clubs can pick-up New and/ or Suspended Player’s & RTO's ID Cards from the Office on Thursday nights only and after any suspension is fully completed.

Paperwork & Synchronisations

1) All Paper Work is to be placed in the Mail boxes out side the front of the SGSFA Office;

2) Late Paper Work & Compman Synchronization's must be submitted by 9am each Monday for the player to be able to play the following weekend. Must have Age/Grade written on the top right hand corner - only correct paper work will be accepted;

3) All Original Match Sheets from the weekend are to be dropped off at the Office by 9am on Monday's.

Please note that Match Sheets, Judiciary Forms, Policies and other important documents relevant for 2009 will be updated where necessary and be available prior to commencement of the new season.

GROUND CLOSURES

If a Council has left grounds in for play, and as a Club you think that they are not playable, you must inspect your field before 7am and notify the Association Secretary on 0406 533 050.

Grounds CANNOT be pulled out after 7am by Clubs, it will be left up to the Referees to inspect the fields for play, and the decision on the state of the ground will be made on a "game by game" basis.
